At Aura Wear Crystals, we take great care in curating and packaging each crystal with intention and love.

FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the unique and energetic nature of crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [ppaura806@gmail.com] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All crystal products (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
