Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME
We ship from overseas. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES
- Orders under $80: $12.00 flat rate shipping
- Orders $80 and above: FREE shipping

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 10-15 business days for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
